Apple ID recovery (child)
My husband and I are trying to amalgamate our family sharing so the kids can access both our subscriptions. I have accounts set up for all
of them. My husband at one time set up an account for one of them but can’t remember. We can’t move the family accounts until he stops his family sharing which he can’t do until he deletes the child account he created. To recover the password, it sends an email to the Apple ID email he used when he created it. He since changed his Apple ID email but it doesn’t change the recovery email so we can’t access it to delete the child ID. Even though he’s changed his own id to an accessible email, the old one still
shows up on his display. Any ideas? I’m about to lose my mind on this merry go round 😭😭😭
