If you want the best camera system in current iPhone's, look at iPhone 12 Pro or 12 Pro Max. If you want the most storage, buy 512GB. When it comes to storage, once purchased that is all the storage you get. iPhone storage cannot be increased beyond what it came with. I haven't bought a phone with less than 256GB in the last few generations. It meets my needs. Only you can decide exactly how much memory you need.
