Subscriptions I cannot cancel

Hey, I had another Apple ID account that had 2 subscriptions under it. I've been unable to log into the account (and I have no need to other than the subscriptions) and I have been paying monthly for subscriptions I can't use. I believe it's a YouTube subscription and something else. Can someone help me cancel these subscriptions?
