My Iphone 11pro is frozen with the apple logo.
I have tried switching off by using the volume up key n pressing n releasing n same for the volume down key. Then i press the side button.
it still does not restart.

Try again, but First take off any case. Then:
Press and very quickly release the volume up button. > Immediately press and very quickly release by the volume down button > Immediately press and hold down the side button and keep holding the side button until the Apple logo disappears and reappears, release the side button.
