Safari turned black

Hi so recently my iPhone safari turned black. Once I open it all u see is a black page but usually u would see a page with different icons of your bookmarked websites or pages. But everything now is just black. For reference the 1st picture is how it suppose to look like when u open up safari and the 2nd picture is what my safari looks like now.
