Apple Pencil double tap configuration gone?

The feature to choose pencil double tap functions seems to have disappeared from the settings. Any clues as how to switch off this annoying double tap /erase thing?

The full set of configuration items will only appear when the Apple Pencil is both paired with the iPad - and is active.
