Activating 5G on my iPhone

I bought new iPhone 12 pro and tryna connect 5G.

Settings cellular data

there are only 2G 3G and LTE

called to my simcard provider and they said already activated 5G on your sim card

how can I use

Contact your Carrier if they have 5G service. If yes, ask them for a new SIM compatible with 5G
