My apple id says its blocked however i have my device on which the id was used

My apple id is blocked due to forgotten password

however i tried to reset it on the same device(ipad) on which id was used

but nothing is helping out

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
