Buying procreate

Iam not able to buy PROCREATE from app store. My RUPAY and VISA debit cards gets declined again and again. I dont have any other option. Please tell me how to buy apps from App store.

Use one of those cards to buy an iTunes/App Store gift card and redeem it as a payment method.
