Store credit
I want to change country store, but every time I try, it tells me to spend my store credit. But my store credit is so small that I can’t purchase anything.
Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
