I want to make a down payment of $400.00

I want to make a $400.00 down payment through the on-line apple site. I; trying to purchase the new iMac 24", I want to put the balance on my Apple Card, at checkout there isn't an option for a down payment,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Please help

You can purchase an Apple gift card (NOT iTunes/Music) and use the Apple Gift and your Apple Card.
