Why when I connect my Windows computer to my iPhone Personal Hotspot do I not get internet?

Does your computer connect to the hotspot that you have set up? If you are not able to get Internet on the computer after it has been connected to the WiFi hotspot that you have set up, you should get in touch with your service provider as they are the ones that control that feature.
