I am 66 and I just bought a MacBook Air at a Pawn Shop and it was not running but I did electronics in the Air National Guard I am not there any more but I am disabled and surviving the Loss of my wife of 26 years and I am on a very limited income My Wife was Sharon S., again I need all the help I can get !!!! If the seller did not dis-associate their credentials (including Apple ID, password, etc) from the computer, then there is nothing you can do. You won't be able to set it up. Return it for a refund.
And, for your own safety, please do not reveal any personal information in a public online forum.

If you purchased this from the pawn shop, then take it back, and request a return. It's worth a go.
