my son apple id its locked

my son have ip8 256gb gold , rightnow he still can use the gadget normaly , but he can"t use the apple id becouse it"s locked , ithink someone try to hack it from his email

the email is yahoo.com

we already try to recovery the email its not working to { i think the email its already hacked }

and we try to recovery from appleid ,answer his birthday , but i dont know why , my answer its also wrong , im sure my answer its right

what im suposed to do now ? im so confuse

please help us & thx u
