Iphone 12 pro hotspot sharing issues

Hello! My name is Aruna. I've been dealing with some problem about my iphone 12 pro hotspot's sharing internet with my ASUS laptop. The thing is that the laptop sees it but when it comes to conneting to iphone hotspot it does not require any password and gives a loading sign in the end it says "UNABLE TO CONNECT". However other devices have no problem with conecting to my iphone's hotspot.

This suggests the laptop network connection has a problem.

Whatever you have to do in Windoze to delete the network connection, then do that. Next time you connect it should ask for the Hotspot password and connect OK.

Hi Aruna,

If other devices can connect to your Personal Hotspot, most likely you need to check the wifi settings on your laptop (contacting its manufacturer's support team, if needed).
