Unable to update apps

Hi guys, recently i can’t update my apps, and something popped out saying that there is payment problem with a family purchase, and i ask my family organizer and he said that he didn’t have any pending payment so i checked my payment and found out there are two subs that are in pending status but i have balance and my cards. Can anyone help me to solve these issues? I never had issues like this. Thanks lot guys!
