I cannot access my Apple School Manager administrative account

ll of a sudden I do not seem to be able to access my Apple School Manager administrative account. This is the only admin account. Strangely, the same Apple ID can be used to log in to this forum with the same password.

Is there any way to request support from a real person at Apple?

Apple school Manager enrollment not approved Our school enrollment wasn’t approved it says contact Administer but I am the administrator. And it doesn’t advise what email previously was there. We need to sync Jamf Pro with Apple School for an upcoming project.

Sign in error to App Store Connect I can not log in to the App Store Connect. Error message: 'To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect.' (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login?errorKey=ITC.signin.error.invalidUser.asc) As far as I know, I am an individual (and only) member of my account. I want to edit the App Store Connect's 'Users and Access' section. Thank you for your help! Kata
