Context about who manages which services and passwords.
About who has access to which passwords.
About who you can to ask for help with a service and its passwords, and that can then help you.
Nobody here has or should even know any of your passwords; your passwords with ipsy, or with Apple, or otherwise.
Nobody responding here supports or manages ipsy, nor can resolve a problem with ipsy.
If you should need help with an ipsy password, or with an ipsy policy, or with an ipsy error, check with ipsy.
And if you’re using the same password for Apple ID, and for ipsy, I’d suggest not doing that any more.
I do not have WiFi Ihave cellular to set passcode for Ipsy .com
