I have a problem..

Hello! So I have a problem on my iPhone 6 every-time I try to buy something on a game it keeps saying.. Your purchase could not be completed please contact Apple support. And I’m sure I have money on my account I’m not sure, what the problem is but if you could fix it for me that would be great! Thank you :)
