Problem with Icloud Storage Payment

Every month i pay 2,99 euros for a 200gb storage plan. This does not go automatic, i add funds to my apple funds and then buy it from there every time. This month however i forgot it and now, even though i have over 10 euros on my account, it doesnt automaticly refresh and i can not refresh it myself unless i want to upgrade to a 2tb storage plan.
