my phone is not updating nor restoring its only showing apple software not found

no i am connected to my nrml wifi….this is the error showing attached below
Yes it is showing….. but even after connecting to my macbook it’s not restoring nor updating. It’s showing Apple software not found.
Is the message shown on the Mac?
What macOS version are you running? If Mojave or older, do you have latest iTunes?
yes the message is shown on mac and i have the latest mac and the latest version of mac….i have mac pro 2020 with mi chip.
Are you connected through VPN on your Mac?
Go to the Menu, System Preferences, Network. Look in the list of connections. Does “VPN” say Not Connected?
No the vpn is not connected
Go to Settings/General/Language & Region. Is the region correct for the location of your Mac?
