Can I remove the lock if I forget password of the note??

You need the original password to remove the lock. If you forgot the password then you will have to try and remember it to unlock those notes. You will get unlimited tries at it.
Note, if you reset the password then it will only affect the new notes and the old notes locked with the old password will remain the same.
