Home Switching shows wrong address/home!

My Home app has three homes; one is my dads in another state and another is a friends that I help with automations.

Two (mine & friends) are about 20 miles apart.

Whenever I am at my home, it will always show the GPS arrow next to my friends place.

when I am at her place, it shows at her place still. The result is that her home is auto-selected by ‘home switching’ because it seems to think I’m there (see attached home app screen shot).

we have already power-cycled all hubs, iPhones, & router too (why not, right?)… but the problem persists.

What is causing this? /

How can we correct for it?

If you still have an issue with the Home app auto selecting your friends place for the Home Switching feature, then we recommend you make sure that the software on your iPhone has been updated to the latest supported version iOS 14.6. Updating the software can help us rule out potential software problems. If your iPhone has not yet been updated to iOS 14.6 back up your iPhone first before updating it.
