How can I retrieve the call history of a contact that I haven’t talk to in three weeks?

Log in to the customer portal on your carrier’s website to review your complete call history, or use their app (if the have one) on your phone. The Phone app on your iPhone only maintains a recent call list that contains exactly 100 entries.
