Model: MR702LL/A
and latest version 14.4.1
There’s currently no option for the F1 to F12 function,
Can you please add that, or advise how I can pull that up?
the globe key only has emojis no F keys,
please assist.

Actually, some third party keyboards, like Logitech, have functions keys on their wireless, Bluetooth keyboards that are specifically mapped to common iPad functions ( many that are common to the Mac, as well ).
Also, external, separate, wireless, Apple keyboards, that should work with iPads, as well, may have their function keys mapped to certain iOS/iPadOS functions, as well.
Apple just does NOT offer function keys on either their Smart Keyboard Cover or Magic Keyboard for iPads/iPad Pros.
Some of the function keys on a Mac keyboard DO work on iPads and, like I previously stated, some third party keyboard makers, as well.

There are no function keys on an iPad. Never has been.
By the way..... the latest iPadOS version is 14.6
With what app are you wanting to use function keys? What actions are you expecting them to perform?
