I requested for a refund for something’s I accidentally bought on the App Store on may 1st it’s already about to June 1 and I have t received anything so I waited 30 days for a refund and I haven’t received my refund what can I do?

They did tell me that they were gonna refund me but they never did it has already been a month and the status of the refund says “refunded” but no payment
