Macbook not starting up or recognizing charger

My macbook has been having force restarts on its own for the last few months. however today it force restarted 2 times within minutes of turning it back on. however now it will not turn on no matter when i try force starting it and it does not recognize that it is being charged when plugging it in and out of the charger. it’s an early 2015 model (i got refurbished from amazon 2 yrs ago) it’s running the most recent software as well. how can i get it to start, i’m trying to factory reset it?
