A little hard to advise and help you when you provide NO information about your iPad.
If you own an ancient 2011 iPad 2nd generation, as your small, grey colored hardware description suggests, it is very possible that the internal battery in the over 10-year old iPad has finally failed and that iPad is now dead.
Have you tried plugging in the Apple power/charging block and let the iPad charge for awhile?
See what happens?
If your iPad, also, is not charging, then it is HIGHLY possible that the battery has finally failed in that 10-year old iPad.
Batteries do not last forever and that old iPad is NOT worth repairing.
It's 2021 now!
It maybe time, now, to seriously consider a purchase of a new iPad model OR a much, MUCH “newer” and less expensive, refurbished or used iPad models, from better known, trusted Apple product/device retailers/resellers, locally or online, on
the Web/Internet, capable of running the latest iPadOS versions.
There are PLENTY of newer, older iPad models that can run the latest, current versions of iPadOS.
A WHOLE LOT has happened with iPad and iOS ( now iPadOS ) in the past 10-years since the introduction of the 2011 iPad 2nd generation.
I am sorry that you had to learn all of this, but this does not change any of the facts regarding these very old iOS devices.
Sorry & Best of Luck to You!
