So you're having problems with purchases in the iTunes Store and App Store. Now when you say the debit card "no longer works", what exactly does that mean? Are you getting an error message when trying to make a purchase in the iTunes/App Store? If so, what does that error message say? Is there just no "Buy" or price button showing next to items in the iTunes/App Store? Are you trying to add this card to your Apple ID account to start making purchases and it's giving you an error? If so what does that say?

Let us know exactly what you see on your screen as you're trying to complete a purchase so we can understand what the issue is.

To start, we'd suggest providing more specific detail on what the issue is. Are you talking about a physical debit card that no longer works, or are you talking about using a debit card with some Apple Service? If so, are you trying to use this card as a payment method on your Apple ID account, or in the Wallet application for the Apple Pay service? Are you getting some sort of error message, like your payment was declined when trying to make a purchase? Etc.
