Hello, I’d like to terminate my subscription for Storytel. Based on the information available to me the subscription ended on May, 14 2021.

But up to date there are everyday intentions to withdraw a fee for the subscription.

I don’t see any options on my IPhone account how to deny from the subscription and delete it completely.

May I please ask you to terminate the subscription at all.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Marina

On your iPhone, Tap Settings > your name (at the top) > Subscriptions.

Click the one you want to cancel, then at the bottom of that app click Cancel.

You always have to cancel any service because trials assume you want it to keep going.

If the subscription has already been cancelled, these are possibilities as to why you would still be charged:

* You are being charged directly by Storytel.

To check if you are still being billed by the App Store, check Settings > (your name) > Media & Purchases > View Account > Purchase History. If you do not see the purchases in the list, that means Storytel is charging you directly and you must contact them to cancel.

* You shared your payments and a family member/friend with the app continues to purchase using your account.

To check this, go to Settings > (your name) > Family Sharing > Purchase Sharing. If it's on, you can tap Stop Purchase Sharing.
