Calendar notification of hackers, stating my iPhone may be infected with Malware

My iPhone calendar keeps popping up notifications that I may have malware on my iPhone 12 Pro. I have deleted the Calendar app and then reinstalled but it shows the notifications all over the calendar. What should I do?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
