I tried almost everything. Even Macbook Big Sur redownloaded. Iphone 8 connects via Bluetooth to Mac without a problem. Same for other iphones. Iphone 12 pro max also connects to third party devices without a problem. Network settings reset, etc etc. Any suggestions muxh appreciated! W

It may be a little more help if you can tell us
what your attempting to do when connecting
via Bluetooth to determine if there is an app issue
or a general system issue.
Also, what versions of iOS are on the all the iDevices
and what exact version of Big Sur is on the Mac.
Make sure the phone is logged in your iCloud account and so is the Mac.
Make sure the amount of data being transferred over iCloud does not fill the Mac when syncing with your phone or vice versa.
UPDATE: I have now also tried to connect my Ipad air 4Gen to Macbook via bluetooth. It also does not work. Same problem as with Iphone 12pro Max. So, for info, Iphone 8plus and Iphone 7 connect without problems. I have also reset networks, reinstalled OS, etc etc following online recommendations and Apple support. I am starting to think this is a GENERAL BUG??
I just can’t connect to Macbookpro 2016 via Bluetooth either from Iphone. 12 Pro Max or Ipad air 4 gen ( i.e. latest models). I can connect to Mac from Iphone 8 or even IPHONE 7. What I want to do is « continuity » ( i.e. copying on one and pasting on the other). All versions are latest available: Mac OS BIG SUR 11.4; Iphone IOS 14.6. Ipad OS14.6
