Backup iCloud

My iCloud backup says it cannot be completed. I have tried to fix it by signing in and out, resetting phone, signing out and into wifi, making sure software is up to date and all apps are updated but nothing works. Please help.

  1. What is the capacity of your iCloud Storage? If your backup files are large you might need to Upgrade your iCloud storage plan.
