All my music written in my notes have disappeared without a trace…

So I write lyrics in notes app on my phone. I have a whole folder dedicated to my songs. I’ll put the cover art in each note with the title etc. But one day I go to edit a song, and my whole music folder is gone… all my music that I’ve written is just gone with the wind. There’s no recently deleted folder to turn to. I didn’t just black out and delete it all. It’s just all gone. I don’t know how to get it back and I don’t know how or why it could’ve happened in the first place. If I could get any help, I’d reallllluyuyyyyyyuy appreciate it🙏🏽
