I don’t know if this will help you find what you’re looking for, but I recently purchased a new watch online at the Apple store and picked it up at the store. I can find my purchase by opening the Apple store app, going to search, and my watch is listed. I don’t know if that will work for you. I also don’t know how the purchase history will be there.
