Scammed by instagram user via Apple Pay

I purchased some rare trading cards from an allegedly reputable card seller on Instagram and asked for payment via Apple Pay for $570. He took the money and I never got my product shipped. Is there any way to get this refunded even with proof?

How can i get money back from scammers? Won a pair of shoes on Instagram. Retailer asked me to pay for shipping. Cashed app him $30. Then he asked for $40 to unlock tracking number.
