How to change Final Cut language to Brazilian Portuguese?
Portuguese is not available for FCP. It’s only available in a limited number of languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Simplified Chinese, Japanese. There may be some others.

São mesmo só as cinco línguas que ele mencionou. [It's only available in the five languages mentioned]
You can check which languages are available for an application in System Preferences->Language & Region.
Click on "Apps", select an application and you can see all the available languages.
This nice feature lets you choose a specific language that may be different from the main language of your system.
