my phone has been stuck on the past year and more on support.apple.com/iphone/restore

Hello,

Start here:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on or is frozen

Then see:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device
