How to get an AirPods replacement if they stopped working?

i purchased airpod pros for my niece with the extra insurance. she claims they stopped working and won’t charged. she is unsure of what damage they could have had but look fine from the eye. how do i go about getting new ones or fixing these or does the insurance not cover this?

Apple does not offer insurance on Airpods. You likely mean the AppleCare extended warranty. For more information click here --> AppleCare Products - Headphones - Apple
