Apple Watch app for ipad

I have the Apple Watch app on my phone, can I have it on my iPad too?

If so how, as can find the icon in the App Store

No. You can have the Fitness App but not the Apple Watch app that is on your phone.

Not all Apps are available on both iPhone and iPad. Some are expressly designed for one or other platform. Health, Watch, Calculator and Translate are all iPhone exclusive.
