My Iphone se will not accept any servers-- it stays blank
My SE will not got to any servers Safari or Google or anything

Which iOS are you currently running on your iPhone SE? You can check in Settings > General > About to find the exact version. Have you been able to access Safari on this device in the past? Have you tried to connect to another Wi-Fi network or cellular data to see if that helps?
