My Iphone se will not accept any servers-- it stays blank

My SE will not got to any servers Safari or Google or anything

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with accessing the internet on your iPhone SE. We'd like to help.

Which iOS are you currently running on your iPhone SE? You can check in Settings > General > About to find the exact version. Have you been able to access Safari on this device in the past? Have you tried to connect to another Wi-Fi network or cellular data to see if that helps?
