I have brought my 2017 iMac into the apple store multiple times the past 18 months. They said I needed to wipe it clean. We did that. They said, I need a new hard drive. They did that. I still have the same problems I had before. My computer for the past 18 months has crashed about every 25 minutes. Lately, for some reason it only crashed only twice today. I don't know why! I complained and told the Apple representative I have been tortured for years by the computer mal-functioning. They told me to bring it in again. I said, I was tired of bringing it in and tired of paying my Technician almost $1,000 to help me. They told me I needed to wipe it clean. then they told me to install a new hard drive. I told them, all those things have been done. They said, there is no records that you have a new hard drive. Maybe I can't remember all the things that happened but I am very disappointed in the service. I believe my recollection is correct and they are a mess and I've been the victim, something I don't want to be. I want a senior person to call me, a very senior person at apple to call me.
