Disable the “always on” feature

Since the last update my Apple Watch display is always on and the feature to disable always on is missing. How can I change it to disable always on?

Apple watch 3, does not have an always on display option in the settings. I unpaired the apple watch, restart it, i did everything and there is no option so i can turn it on or off.

Settings/display and brightness and turn it off here.
