Is there a correct way to hold an iPad in its landscape orientation? When held correctly the power input port should be on the right or left? I prefer power on the left which pits my piencl on top, but I don’t know what others do or if apple designed it to have a preferred orientation . I have an 11” iPad Pro.
Apple provides no such information, as it is not relevant to a device that can operate in any orientation.
The preferred orientation is whichever one you prefer with your device(s).
You are welcome. Like you, I generally have the power/fingerprint button at the top left, to accommodate the pencil along the top edge. When the pencil is not attached, I don’t even notice which direction it is, unless I have to use a fingerprint for a website. To aid with that, I have my index finger on each hand registered for ease of use.
