I have two 18w 3a Fast chargers for my 2020 IPad Pro 11. After a year with both working fine, all of a sudden neither will charge my IPad. I have other lower wattage 2a chargers from other devices, and they charge the iPad without a problem, just a little slower obviously. I have tried soft and hard Ipad resets but without success. Thoughts?

Try a different charging cable, if you've not already tested that. Try a different power outlet, if you've not confirmed the outlet is working. If it's not a bad USB-C cable, and not a bad power outlet or a blown fuse, have a chat with Apple Support. It's certainly possible that some electrical glitch fried both chargers, but that sort of thing is pretty rare.
Try restarting the iPad to see if that clears this (if not already tried), then check with Apple Support.
Tried multiple cables and multiple outlets. I don't think it's a charger issue. Maybe iPad electronics just not accepting a 3a cable?
