Difference in Voltage

Hi, I bought a Imac desktop 27" 3.1GHZ last August 2020 in Canada. But I am going to travel and use it in Singapore. The voltage in Canada is 110 and 240 in Singapore.

1) So can I just buy a new power cord in Singapore? as I am not sure if I can just change like that

2) or does it work with an adapter? As I foresee the adapter may slow things down. Please advise. Thanks.

The Mac is capable of working with voltages from 100-240 volts AC. To use in Singapore, you would need an appropriate cable or a plug adapter for the AC power system there.
