MY ALARM GOES OFF EVEN WHEN I TURN IT OFF
Ever since I bought the new phone the alarm goes off even when I turn it off the night before. I have taken my phone into a sprint/t-mobile store 3 times and the cannot fix the issue.

Since you've started experiencing this issue, have you checked for available software updates? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
When you check the Clock app, do you have alarms set but are disabled? If so, follow the steps under "How to edit or delete an alarm" in How to set and manage alarms on your iPhone to delete the alarms and test if the issue continues.
