Airpods pro extra large ear tips?

Why doesn't anyone make these? I guess there are just not enough of us with extra-large ear openings to make it financially viable. I've worn in-ear headphones for decades. No one -- at least that I can find -- makes an extra large tip. I've tried the flange types (they provide isolation) and can't stand them for more than a few minutes. Plus, if the Airpod tips get large, they won't fit/charge properly. My solution that works better than anything I've tried is the Comfy large memory foam tips. I don't compress them as suggested. Instead, I pull on my ear, insert the Airpod, let go of my ear and wait about 30 seconds. I still don't get a perfect seal and have to adjust from time to time but it made mine work enough that I'm not regretting the purchase.
