I can only get items removed to my App Library how do I delete them

1. Make sure you are on your Home Screen
2. Hold down on the app you want to delete
3. Press Remove App
4. Press Delete App (This is the option in Red), the second option "Remove From Home Screen" will send the app into your App Library while keeping it on your device.

Check your settings under Screen Time to allow deleting apps:
