Ipod 7 touch issues

ipod 7 (Touch) not recognized by MAC Mini. Updated software on both computer and Ipod 7. Used different cables. Nothing. Nobody can give me a answer. Apple Support just hung up on me.....

Ipod touch not being recognised I Have an Ipod touch that is not being recognised on a laptop despite restoring to factory settings,restarting both laptop and ipod multiple times and making sure I have the latest Itunes. Another Ipod is being recognised with no issue. The faulty one is recognised on an older laptop. Please help. Thanks
